The most complicated, involved, frustrating to prepare meal I've ever made. And worth it!

Mom's Birthday Dinner Stuffed Rack of Lamb Deep Fried Mashed Potatoe Balls Oven Roasted Veggie's The Best Cauliflower Gratin Cream Cheese Cherry (Cheesecake)

Long story short, on February 15, 2003 I made the dinner described above for our immediate family, including my Mom. It was Mom's 67th birthday and no one realized (of course) that it was her last. Mom died on February 7, 2004. Read my sister's Eulogy that appeared in the local newspaper on Feb. 7, 2006.

For Christmas 2005 my wife gave me some great software. Living Cookbook is actually recipe software which has an ingredient database that can be used to create nutrition information, recipes can be scaled up or down etc. Highly recommended.

You may have already noticed it can format and export recipes in HTML as I have done for my website.
