Preheat oven to 350°. |

Mix all -- except
ribs in casserole/roasting pan. |

Brown ribs in frying
pan. Simmer, covered, for 20-30 minutes.
Add to roasting pan, spoon sauce over
ribs. |

Bake, covered.
Check after 1 hourand stir/baste
ribs with sauce. After 1½ hour ribs
should be dark and glazed with sauce.
If required uncover for the last 20
minutes +/- of baking. |

If they start to dry out add water. |
|

Serve with white rice
and fresh carrots. |
