Classy Pasta Slop
 
 
4 oz    ground beef  
2¼ cups    cooked elbow macaroni (or equal)  
1   red pepper, lrg dice  
2   plum tomatoes, lrg dice  
1   onion, diced  
½ tsp    italian seasoning  
1 tsp    olive oil  
¼ cup    chicken broth  
 
1 Fry ground beef, adding onions and then tomatoes & peppers after 3 or 4 minutes.
2 Add italian seasonings, cooked macaroni and broth, cook for approx. 10 minutes or until tomatoes are softened.
