TIP: Chop the tomatoes and onions the same relative size. Small or large as you prefer.
Other kinds of cheese or a mix of cheese is also good. NOTE: Fresh Jalapeños (finely
chopped) in this dish are awsome!
 
¼ package    White Corn Chips  
  Chili Powder  
1 small    onions, chopped  
1   tomatoe, fresh, chopped  
  Pickled sliced Jalapeños  
3 ½ oz    Old Cheddar Cheese, grated  
 
1 All to taste, but remember, a good balance of ingredients is best!
2 Layer corn chips, sprinkle with chili powder. Layer remaining
ingredients – minimum one of each to a corn chip. Sprinkle with grated cheese. REPEAT.
3 Microwave as required to melt cheese and heat through. Serve with a bowl
of salsa and sour cream (Farmer's Thick and Tangy sour cream preferably!).
