TIP: Chop the tomatoes and
onions the same relative size. Small or large as
you prefer.
Other kinds of cheese or a mix of cheese is also
good. NOTE: Fresh Jalapeños (finely
chopped) in this dish are awsome! |

remember, a good balance of ingredients is

Layer corn chips,
sprinkle with chili powder. Layer
remaining
ingredients – minimum one of each to
a corn chip. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
REPEAT. |

Microwave as required
to melt cheese and heat through. Serve with
a bowl
of salsa and sour cream (Farmer's Thick and
Tangy sour cream preferably!). |
