Bumpy Muffins
 
 
1½ cups    flour  
¼ cup    oil  
½ cup    milk  
½ cup    sugar  
1   egg  
½ tsp    salt  
2 tsp    baking powder  
 
1 Mix dry ingredients together.
2 Mix wet ingredients together, egg should be lightly beaten.
3 Add dry and wet together and mix. The mixture should be lumpy. Don not over mix!
4 Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes.
 
Servings: 8
