AddendumWhile I still think the editorial above regarding PAPER SPACE is true. I don't think you can apply it in the work place anymore. This is due in part to improper training in the schools that glom onto every new feature in AutoCAD® whether it is of benefit or not combined with little or no CAD Management in the workplace. FYI: The actual purpose of PAPER SPACE is to allow easy editing of the view shown - e.g. of a site plan etc. So, you have to adapt. Which is one of the most important points to remember from my editorials and/or AutoCAD® tips. Just as the computer is a tool - the software is as well. You are the one that has to adapt.... Unfortunately what this means is that we have no choice, we have to use PAPER SPACE all of the time, at least in the work place. It's either that or confuse the heck out of all of the newly graduated "AutoCAD® Operators" - because lets face it they don't teach them to be Draftsman! At best they are "Operators"....
